The first movement of this concerto comes from Ottone (London: 1723). The finale is the last movement of the overture to Il pastor fido (2nd version: London: 1734). The style of  each of these two items is quite different.

The initial movement is set in ritornello form and features solos for solo violin and for 2 oboes with bassoon.

The second and final movement set in the parallel minor, is a Menuetto in ritornello form with a binary form overlay. In essence, this is a movement of an organ concerto. It would appear that the instrument Handel had in mind had pedal clavier, but its only primary use is in mm. 107-08, 134-36 and 183.

Again, one presumes that the hand of John Walsh has assembled this ‘concerto’ from parts of two disparate works.
