Dreams and Visions was commissioned in 2019 by oboist Jennet Ingle, funded in part by an Individual Advancement grant from the Indiana Arts Commission. The work is based on the Tarot, specifically on nine cards drawn collaboratively by the oboist and composer. Images shown are from the Robin Wood Tarot deck. It was premiered in the Winter and Spring of 2020, and this recording is of its last live performance, on March 1 2020.
